Vacation!!

Last week we spent a few days relaxing on a much needed vacation. I'm now done with research and Steve was able to take a week off work (once the other pastors got back from their vacations). We started by going to my parents in Fountain Valley where on Sunday my Grandma Kate took us all out to the elite member's only club the Magic Castle in Hollywood. It was so much fun. We rented a limo so none of us had to worry about driving through LA traffic and then we had dinner at the club (excellent food!) and saw the magic show. We ate in the Houdini seance room which was really cool. There were 11 of us all together. Then on Monday we went to San Diego and stayed in a nice hotel and I got to see some old friends from college. We went to the zoo on wednesday (I've been dying to see the new monkey exhibit) and tryed out our new video camara. We unfortunatly had to come back wednesday night but then we both took thursday off and got the crib put together. It was a fun week which ended Saturday with my baby shower. I now have two weeks until I start school, then 4 weeks until the baby comes!! The summer has gone by so fast!
