First Day in Med School

A few weeks ago I took Dietrich to class with me. All my classmates loved him and they were so helpful in holding him while I took notes. Everyone is very supportive and willing to help when I need it. It is such a blessing to have such a wonderful class.

Halloween Baby Pictures

I'm sorry it has been so long since I've posted. Here are some more pictures of Dietrich, including some from Halloween. A family friend got Dietrich these baby scrubs and they arrived just in time for Halloween, and since we didn't have a costume for him, we decided to put him in the scrubs and I wore mine so we matched. We went to Steve's parents church for their "Harvest" carnival and everyone loved seeing him.

We are doing pretty well. I'm still going to class every day, although I miss a lecture here and there. Studying is difficult since I get very tired in the evenings. I really need to start studying more if I'm going to pass. Hopefully I will figure out a way to stay awake. Steve is busy as ever but he is such a huge help. Dietrich is growing fast and is healthy except for a skin rash we can't get rid of. He's smiling more often and has started making little coo sounds. I find everything he does interesting. It's really amazing being a parent and watching a person grow. Every milestone is such an accomplishment, and I'm proud of him for everything he does.
